Saturday. Today felt like a Sunday. Went to Victoria's Secret to do my four hour shift. then took a nap till my 330 till close shift at Fresh & Easy. I met a customer from Georgia who thought he wasn't allowed to buy beer on the weekends, I guess Georgia is hella strict because of religion out there. Idk. Then an old couple came in and was purchasin reeces, snickers, kit kats, hershey bars and I was like. "Damn, you guys know how to shop." Figured out they were from England, with thick ass accents, and had friends from Wales who wanted some American candy. Haha. I guess its like how when you go to Hawaii and buy chocolate covered macadamia nuts and you bring it back home. Same feelin.

But the big story of the day was Lil Rob, the mexican rapper, @ Fresh & Easy. I didnt recognize him because I was too busy staring at his hot wife. Haha jp. But I noticed that when i used to work at the after school program, Klassic Kids, that I'd see her there every day pickin up their daughter. Small world. I never knew Lil Rob married a waitress. Haha. Groupie love at its best.

P.S. Long day of work, now im chillin eatin a bean & cheese burrito drinkin a budlight lime. I love summer. Haha.

Miami Heat Ride @ Sea World

FRIDAY. Went to Sea World again. Always a blast. Literally, Water to the face. Met up with Christina at the shell gas station. She wanted to drive cuz she said she might leave early, which she didnt. She ended up wasting gas + paid for her parking... i mean "preferred" parking. Me, on the other hand, my parking was free courtesy of my big brho. Cuz I "prefer" not to pay.

Rode Atlantis, Christina fell in the puddle and almost drowned so she bought a rain coat after. We all met up later, ate the shipwreck reef cafe and then accomplished 10 rounds of shipwreck rapids, thanks to park trainer Jeremy. Haha. We also got free beers and funnel cake.

Watched couple shows. Blue Horizon. Two words: Hella Gay. If my admission wasnt free I'd ask for a refund. haha. Shamu rocks was cool cuz we got into a fight with this lil mexican kid from LA. Laker/Dodger fan. Big brho pistol whipped him with his light saber dingaling. haha. We then got our pee pees dried in the Miami Heat ride. haha.

SATURDAY. Early birthday dinner at Panda Buffet with my family. Hella food coma. Walnut shrimp & sushi especially. Good eating. After food coma kicked it at the Hyatt with all the Birthday celebrants. Thanks bigs for the 20 second shots. Haha. Havent really kicked it with the Greek life since school ended. Felt good to celebrate my birthday with everyone once the clock struck 12. Thank you to those who tried gettin me drunk, I was on a good one.

SUNDAY. Thank you to everyone who blew up my facebook with birthday greetings. Finally 25 and every year is a reminder that I aint gettin younger. Haha. But on the real thank you. Free slurpees @ 7 Eleven today. Hope everyone got theirs.

I celebrated my birthday with my cousins at Islands in my hometown Mira Mesa. Pretty bomb. Good conversation and caught up with each others busy lives. My sister surprised me with a PS3 game and a Red Velvet birthday cake at the restaurant. Thank you sis. After the movie we watched Predators, I give it a C+. Im just not that into Alien type movies. But overall a good birthday.

Joy Story 3: Laptop, Movie, & Basketball

FRIDAY. Havent written in this for a while. My laptop was down since probably January. So today I went to North County with Chris & Raffy and got it fixed by Apple for free. I guess this model was recalled. So saved me a few bucks. Hell yeeeeeea. Haha.

We then went to Stir Fresh to eat mongolian food. Food coma of course. Then kicked it at 4S Ranch and watched some office episodes and Kobe's ESPN hour and half long special. We tried studying that to inspire us to play better when we balled later today. Haha.

Watched Toy Story 3 with Christina. Pretty good movie, kind of a dark side to Disney but it was funny most the time. Crazy ending. I give it an A-. Toy Story 4 maybe? Or maybe this was the sequel. We'll have to wait and see.

Around 8pm went to play ball with Raffy, Chris, Gid, and Jason N. We balled up with this old Asian guy who insisted on covering me every game. So I didnt feel bad swatting him. Haha. The Kobe special did us good, crazy ass passes, plays, post moves. Basketball heaven. I can hear Kim Impreso screamin his brains out already. Haha.

Hangout w/ Lil Sis Marie, Sigma Pie Auction, & Superbowl

MONDAY. Been busy lately, so here are the highlights from the past week. Haha.

LAST SATURDAY. Had lunch w/ my lil sis Marie. Picked her up down south. I was ready to do my bird call but she had already spotted me (was prolly waitin by the door the entire time) Haha. Then we were off to Phils BBQ, which we waited in the long line like usual. Fun times. Good food. Got the three bone beefy rib dinner, cole slaw w/ french fries. yeaaaaah buuuuuddy.

LAST WEDNESDAY. Went to support the Sigmas pie auctions. That was my first Sigma pie auction. I went there all excited then after watching the first couple skits I felt like I was prolly goin to hell. Haha. Pied my lil sis Vivian then dipped to go study. Yes, study, I know its too early for the semester to be doing that right? Haha.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY. We had a feast at my house with the family. BBQ ribs, steak, hot dogs, and shrimp cocktail. Food coma. Saints won. It was one of those games where I didn't really care who won. Reggie bush & Drew Brees. I bet the chargers bitin their fist now that Brees is gone. I'm tellin you, shouldve kept Michael Turner too. Failed.

P.S. Having the Pro Bowl a week before the superbowl? Really???? Thats retarded. Insult to injury, they kept it in Miami instead of Hawaii. Bunch of retards.

CSUN Formals/Brawl

SATURDAY. Today we headed up to CSUN for Lambda classes formals. Flannel said "I'll be there around 3ish" to pick me up. Try 430. Thiiiiiiiiiiiiis muhfucka. Haha. Rho time. We sardined it in his car like little asian highschoolers, Flannel, Rich, Gio, James and me.

We made a pit stop in Long Beach. Ate some Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles. Bomb dot com. Haha. A breast & a thigh, 2 waffles w' gravy on the side. Ate that shit quick, hella tobasco w/ a sunset drink. Yeeeeea buddy. Rich said "Can I get more kool-aid". Haha. Thiiiiiis nigga.

Formals was coo. Did my drink drink thing in the parking lot at open doors. Jaeger & Mickeys. Got my buzz on. Did the whole Apsirho picture thing and other usual shit we do at formals.

Party was coo. Hook up fest. Watched people get plastered. Brhos fighting. People throwin up. Vince hookin up with some fat chicks. Haha sorry pbrho, I tried helpin you out. Kim got tea-bagged by Lance and Gio was rubbin up on Ryan. Haha.

At the end of the night, we dropped Lance at Denny's then headed our way home. He called us like 10 stop lights down saying he wanted to fight a couple of black dudes who was tryna talk shit bout asian people. We turned round and waited in the parking lot. Then we see Lance and everyone get up and he calls them to step outside. Rolled up the sleeves and was ready to rumble. Ratio was about 10 brhos to 4 . The black dudes had one girl and an asian dude who waited for them in the car. N bombs were being exchanged then the black dude took off his shirt. I said to myself "Was that really necessary?" Haha. Black dude went something like this "Fuck you bitch, I'll kill you dawg, you don't know me." Haha. Police came, so they stopped it. Thats what brhotherhood is about. Got each others back.

We continued our journey back home and ended in Mira Mesa round 7am. Watched the sunrise and everything. Haha. CSUN trips, never again.

P.S. To the black dude, next time you fight in 50 degree weather, please keep your shirt on. Haha.

Big Sis' Family Dinner @ Jeong Won

WEDNESDAY. Started off sunny as fuck. First day of school. Women Studies 352 @ 11, tell me why theres only 7 guys in a class of 60. Not complainin, got some sorority girls in the class too, and the professor is pretty cool. Not what I expected. Haha. Class with John B.

All my classes today were the first time I've ever stepped into those buildings. Popped my SDSU cherry. Haha. I also had anthropology and the professor was dope. Talked about animal names we use to describe people or body parts. Haha. Class with Matt.

Did my LL Cool J thing and bout an apple. Haha. Saw my co-bigs Emily in the RBR. Told her our lil sis loves me more. Sometimes the truth hurts. What can I say. Haha... jk. Headed to General Studies 420 class. Started to rain from there. Grip of people in the class. My lil sis especially. Fun class when you got a grip of people you know in it. Rained hard most the night.

At 8pm went to convoy for my bigs sis Azyzah's family dinner @ Jeong Won. Food coma. All you can eat Korean BBQ buffet. Hella bomb. Afterwards this lady outside asked for donations to the Philippines, and she asked everyone around me, when she came around my way she was like "Kuyaaaaa, c'mon kuyaaaa"... Haha. She hit me with the Filipino card? How she know I wasn't a 10 year old Samoan? Haha.

The Day After The Charger Loss

MONDAY. Just as I expected. Another season the Chargers CHOKE. Thank you Nate Kaeding, B-E-A-utiful. Haha. A gloomy day with heavy rain. Today, I had lunch with my lil brho Kevin and his girlfriend Emily. We ate at Applebees in Mission Valley. Emily insisted on treating me out for lunch since I took care of her boo boo, during pledging. They picked Applebees, and it was a good choice. Thanks Emily.

BAMMMMMM!!!! Ordered the Reuben sandwhich which came with a side of fries. We caught up and talked about a lot of things. School especially and the future. I can't wait till this semester to start. Time to grind. New semester, new faces. I had lunch/dinner with 3 of my 5 lils, 2 more to go and I fulfill my quota. Haha.

On the way home, it started to rain pretty hard. I did my back to school shopping at Staples, didn't really need much. But got damn, can we say over priced post its? Almost 10 bucks. Got home, and all day I've been hearing sirens run by my neighborhood. Slow down people.

P.S. To the driver who tried tailgaiting me, learn how to fuckin slow down when its hella raining. Bitch.

THURSDAY. Today was suppose to be sushi day with my Sigma co-bigs Emily and lil sis Vivian. Failed. Co-bigs flaked so my lil sis & I ended up just eating in Mira Mesa. Close to home. Picked her up from her house then after being undecisive for a while we just ended up choosing Islands. Haha.

Oh yeah, by the way, Thanks for flaking psis, missed out on the bonding time. Haha. I had a Hawaiian burger with fries. Food Coma. Good food. I had a fun time sharing stories and giving advice. Good luck lil sis with the rest of the semester. Remember to finish strong.

Dinner @ Phils BBQ w/ Lil Sis Liza

WEDNESDAY. Another day another dollar. Today I finalized my classes for the spring semester. Taking wednesdays off of work for school. At least my lil sis will be in two of my five classes, looks like a great year and lookin forward to a fun semester. Haha.

Third day of "official" basketball practice at work. Progress is good. Taught them the 2-3 Defense. Balliiiiiiin.

After work, picked up my lil sis Liza from her house. I didn't have my phone (long story), so I told her I was going to bird call. Which I did. 3 times to be exact. Haha. Very loud. I was going for South Norweigan Desert Eagle, but sounded more of a dominican red breasted hawk. Haha.

Went to Phils BBQ for dinner. Got the beefy rib dinner. Hella bomb. Food coma. We sent a picture to my other lil sis Marie of the food we ate. Haha... sorry lil sis, I thought it was funny at the time, still kinda is. But next time, it'll be your turn. Fun night. Another notch under the 2010 belt.

Byron's Wedding

SUNDAY. Today we headed up to San Bernadino to witness my cousin Byron's wedding. A registered nurse marrying a dentist, dang, balliiiiiiiin. Haha. Tell me why it was funny watching wedding crashers the day before attending the wedding, I was psyched. Haha. Three things I love about weddings. 1. Hang out with family 2. The food. 3. The single ladies. *bites fist* Haha. Overall was a good wedding. Vows was dope & funny and now, I have a new cousin in law.

After the service, we dipped to the reception which was held at the Diamond Bar Center. Picture Above. Place was pretty coo and my cousin rented out a photo booth like the ones people take pictures in at the carnivals that you take like 3-4 different poses in one strip.

Its always fun entertaining your relatives when they ask you questions like, "When are you graduating?" or "When is it your turn to get married?"... Haha.

It was an all you can eat Korean & Sushi Buffet. Lemme say this again "All you can eat Korean & Sushi Buffet". All the meats, kimchi, tofu, anything you would order from a Korean buffet. Popped a lil bubbly, slide show, the money dance then headed back to San Diego.

P.S. Dude with the purple tie, its not my fault your wife was eye-fuckin me. Get mad at her not me.

SATURDAY. Today was Reneelyn's House warming party. I met up with my cousin and his girlfriend at Mira Mesa Market place then we bounced to Ren's pad. As we walked to the house, his girlfriend Christie was like "My feet hurt". I asked "What's wrong with your feet? You go to the gym or sumthin?" They both laughed at me and my cousin then told me "She's pregnant"... "Pregnant with emotions?"... haha. If you know my cousin Sam, then you can never take him seriously, so I was like whatever, then we reached the front door.

Opened the door, and did my hello and wsup things, a few hugs, you know how it goes when you haven't seen good company in a while. Then everyone starts commenting about Christie being pregnant. Sam then goes "You're gonna be an uncle". I was like "WTF?! are you serious?!"... he said "Yes, and we are having twins". I tell him shut the fuck up and then asked around to confirm.

I guess I'ma be an uncle to twins. Haha. Congratulations to my cousin. Now you stuck nigga. Haha. No more going out, splurging, fancy dinners. Next step, Parenting. I've always seen my cousin to be a bachelor for a long time, so shocking news. The rest of the night we just cracked jokes on pregnancy, being a dad, his brother Jojo & Joe's drunk ass middle eastern friend (I forget his name, but we shall call him Vladimir). Haha. Fun times. Red Velvet was bomb. Overall a good night.

Prado Restaurant in Balboa

Haven't written in this bitch, in a while. Its like a booty call, only hit it up when you need that fix... haha jp. Happy New Year!!! This the first entry for 2010. Today, I had dinner with my KDPHI big sis, Joe & Renilynn. Fun times. I got lost lookin for the restaurant, I didn't know they had a restaurant like the Prado in Balboa. Food was great and so was the wine. Food was free (for me). Haha. Thanks big sis.

1st Course: Tortilla Soup (grilled chicken & cotija cheese)
2nd Course: Grilled Prime Pork Flat Iron (dried fig & potato hash, brussel sprout confit, smoked bacon gastrique)
Dessert: Belgian Chocolate Mousse (w/ Port-wine blackberry puree)

My big sis & Ren's Pasta was a little bit salty, so they informed the waiter. The manager came out and asked us if they wanted a new plate of ANYTHING on the regular menu. They said "sure". The real word for me be "SWEEEEEET". Haha. So they ordered what I ordered. Hella bomb. When the manager offered all that, I was like "Ummmm... my grilled pork taste a lil bit salty"... Haha... she looked down at my empty plate and was not amused.

When she left, I put my pointer finger up as if I was talkin to an invisible waiter and jokingly said "I shall have the lobster". Everytime they came to our table and left, we joked bout saltyness and my missing lobster. The manager prolly overheard us and hates asians now. Haha. We role played situations like ...

Me: "I shall have the lobster"
Joe: "But sir, we do not serve lobster at this restaurant"
Me: "Well... my dinner was saltyyyyyyy"
Me: "So now, you do serve lobster"

Haha... you gotta be there to enjoy the full effect. But overall, had a fun night with great food & good company.

P.S. If you ever order the grilled chicken pasta @ Prado, eat 3/4 of it then complain about its saltyness. Dont forget to ask to replace the order with a plate of lobster... Haha.
