Juggernaut Log: Hawaii Edition 36
Bumbye, Bambai (bum BYE): Soon enough. This is the most exact measurement of time in Pidgin. "Bumbye we going ovah Harold's, get radical!"
WEDNESDAY. Woke up around 6am to something that sounded like fucking. Yes, fucking. I thought it was the bed rocking. But it was my cousin in law working out on the elliptical right before he headed off to work. Haha. Today we were headed off to Secret Island. Secret Island isn't really visible from far away and most of the people from here don't even know about it. To reach the Island you have to use a boat to cross and the trees make it look like there aint nothing really there. Until you go deep into the woods and come out the other side to your very own private island.
For now, lets talk about the journey there. To get there we had to travel through a 1 mile tunnel full of lights. The tunnel runs through the big mountain. We traveled through the Kamehameha Highway to get to Kualoa Ranch. The Kamehameha Highway had problems before it was built. Construction workers would find a lot of human bones. If you dont know most of Hawaii was battle grounds for war. Kualoa Ranch is the spot where we took a boat to cross to get to Secret Island. It's also the site for movies like "50 first dates", "Lost", & "Jurassic Park".

Across the distance you can also view this island called "China Man's Hat".

We crossed over with this motorboat, haha motorboat, and headed to Secret Island. The Island was about a football fields length away. The trees made it not visible but when we landed we walked passed the trees and followed the path way to the destination spot.

When we got across my nephew Aiden was there to greet us. At our destination, there were volleyball courts, picnic tables, hammocks, ping pong tables, and a nice ass view. A view of these two cute Asian tourists. Just sayin. I also was greeted by my nephew who was wearing a Sean John baby shirt. Haha.

This location had a beach with clear waters and not a lot of people on the island. We had a grip of food and Hawaiian Sun Passion Orange drinks. If yall don't know thats the shit here. These drinks are bomb. We also Kayak'd on the beach and found it to be a work out. Haha.

My nephew didn't want to leave me because he was scared of the water. My niece & nephew were throwing sand bombs at my uncle. Haha. After all the excitement I finally had some R&R on one of those hammocks right before we played ping pong & a game of volleyball.

My Niece was making pretend soup and called it "Doo Doo Soup". Whats with kids and the words doo doo? Haha. When her mom came she asked what she was making. She said "Tomato Soup". Good cover, smart girl for her age. We headed back home, stopped by to pick up a bud light lime, deodorant, toothbrush, & shaving gel. If I havent mentioned, we are having a Delos Santos Family reunion, People have landed from all types a places and so about 30 people are here for dinner. Pre-reunion party. Haha. Our Reunion starts tomorrow.

P.S. If I could name a street here in Hawaii I would name it Kamanaiwanaleia (Come on I wanna lay ya). Haha. Just sayin.
